Custom Tuning Returns Policy
At Custom Tuning, we strive to provide you with a quick, easy, and hassle-free returns process. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please follow the steps below to claim a refund:
Initiate the Return Process: Before returning the product, send an email to info@customtuning.co.za (with your order # in the subject line) explaining the issue and attaching images if possible.
Assistance from our Team: Our dedicated staff members will contact you promptly to guide you through the return process and address any concerns you may have.
Refund Processing: We aim to process the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns Policy:

All returns must be initiated within 7 DAYS from the receipt date; otherwise, handling charges may apply. Returns will not be accepted after 30 DAYS.

Goods returned may be subjected to handling charges ranging from 15% to 30%.

Return items must be in their original condition, without damaged packaging, oil stains, or any form of painting/spraying. Modified or tampered items will not be accepted.

A valid and detailed reason for return is required. Reasons such as “faulty,” “part is wrong,” “not working,” or “broken” will not be accepted.

Parts come with a factory warranty limited to defects in workmanship and/or materials, excluding wear and tear.

Promotional items are non-refundable/returnable, and no returns are accepted on special ordered items.

Return instructions must be communicated through formal channels, and exchanges require adherence to formal return procedures.

Replacement parts will be provided for premature failures due to defects, with no cash refunds.

The warranty becomes void if parts are not fitted by a qualified technician.

Custom Tuning’s liability does not cover consequential loss from product failure, and claims are limited to the supply of replacement parts only.

Returns may take up to 7 WORKING DAYS to be processed from the date of collection.
Additional Charges:
Please be aware that your return may incur handling and collection fees, which will be deducted from your refund credit. For electrical parts, testing and repackaging costs will also be deducted.
Fitting by Qualified Technician:
It is crucial that components, parts, equipment, or related items are fitted/installed by a qualified technician. Proof of compliance is the customer’s responsibility before any warranty claims can be entertained.
